Uses

Fenbro is used for:

• Fever in children, including after vaccinations
• Teething pain, earache, sore throat and headache

Dosage

Children’s doses are based on age or weight, usually 5–10 mg/kg every 6–8 hours, with no more than 30 mg/kg (or 3–4 doses) in 24 hours. Follow the dose table on the bottle; not for babies under 3 months or under 5 kg unless a doctor advises.

How to Use

Shake the bottle well and measure each dose with the syringe or spoon supplied. Give it with or after food or milk.

Missed Dose

Take the missed dose when you remember. If the next dose is due soon, skip the missed one. Do not take a double dose.

Overdose

An overdose can cause stomach pain, vomiting, drowsiness and, rarely, stomach bleeding or kidney problems. Seek medical help straight away.

• Active stomach ulcer or bleeding

• Severe kidney or liver disease
• Allergy or asthma attacks triggered by aspirin or other NSAIDs
