Uses

Sem-P is used for:

Dosage

Treatment starts at 0.25 mg once weekly for 4 weeks, then 0.5 mg once weekly. The dose may be increased to 1 mg and up to 2 mg once weekly if needed.

How to Use

Inject under the skin of the stomach, thigh or upper arm once a week on the same day, at any time, with or without food. Change the injection site each time. Use a new needle for each injection.

Missed Dose

If it is within 5 days of the missed dose, inject as soon as you remember. If more than 5 days have passed, skip it and take the next dose on the usual day.

Overdose
