Ibuprofen is a Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID). It reduces the body’s ability to make prostaglandins that trigger pain and inflammation. Pseudoephedrine activates alpha-adrenoceptors in the nasal mucosa, causes vasoconstriction and reduces congestion.
