How to Use

Swallow the tablet with water. Take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning with a full glass of plain water while sitting or standing upright. Stay upright and do not eat, drink (other than water) or take other medicines for at least 60 minutes.

Missed Dose

If the next scheduled dose is more than 7 days away, take the missed tablet the next morning. If it is within 7 days, skip it. Never take two tablets in the same week.

Overdose

If you take too much, contact your doctor or go to the nearest hospital emergency department straight away.

When Not to Use

• Low blood calcium
• Severe kidney disease
• Inability to stay upright for 30 minutes
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
