Actidil 1.25mg/5ml is used for:

Dosage

Adults and children over 12: 10 ml (2.5 mg) three to four times daily. Children 6–12 years: 5 ml three to four times daily. Children 2–6 years: 2.5 ml three to four times daily. Not for children under 2.

Missed Dose

Take the missed dose when you remember. If the next dose is due soon, skip the missed one. Do not take a double dose.
