Uses

Adoxa 100mg is used for:

• Chest infections, including atypical pneumonia
• Acne and rosacea

Dosage

Adults usually take 200 mg on the first day, then 100 mg daily. For acne, 50–100 mg daily for several weeks. Other doses are set by your doctor.

How to Use

Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water while sitting or standing, and do not lie down for at least 30 minutes. Take with food if it upsets your stomach.

Missed Dose

Take the missed dose when you remember. If the next dose is due soon, skip the missed one. Do not take a double dose.

Overdose

An overdose may cause stomach upset. Contact your doctor.

When Not to Use

• Children under 12 years (stains developing teeth)
