Advant 8mg is used for:

Dosage

For high blood pressure, the usual adult dose is 8 mg once daily, which may be increased to 16 mg and up to 32 mg. For heart failure, treatment starts at 4 mg once daily and is doubled every 2 weeks as tolerated, up to 32 mg.

Swallow the tablet with water, with or without food, at the same time each day.

Take the missed dose when you remember. If the next dose is due soon, skip the missed one. Do not take a double dose.
