Uses

Anplag 90mg is used for:

• After a heart attack or unstable angina (acute coronary syndrome), together with low-dose aspirin
• Long-term use after a heart attack in people at high risk (60 mg strength)

Dosage

After an acute coronary event: 180 mg loading dose, then 90 mg twice daily (usually for 12 months) with low-dose aspirin. For longer-term use after the first year: 60 mg twice daily.

How to Use

Swallow the tablet with water, with or without food, twice a day about 12 hours apart. Do not stop without speaking to your cardiologist.

Missed Dose

Take the missed dose when you remember. If the next dose is due soon, skip the missed one. Do not take a double dose.

Overdose

An overdose increases the risk of bleeding. Seek medical help straight away.
