How to Use

Swallow the tablet with water. Take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning with a full glass of plain water while sitting or standing upright. Stay upright and do not eat, drink (other than water) or take other medicines for at least 30 minutes.

Missed Dose

If you miss the monthly dose, take it the next morning unless the next scheduled dose is within 7 days. Never take two tablets in the same week.

Overdose

If you take too much, contact your doctor or go to the nearest hospital emergency department straight away.

• Low blood calcium
• Severe kidney disease
• Inability to stay upright for 30 minutes
