Uses

Missed Dose

Take only when needed.

Overdose

Too much can cause constipation, drowsiness and, at very high doses, dangerous heart rhythm problems. Seek medical help.

• Diarrhoea with high fever or blood in the stool
• Diarrhoea after antibiotics (possible colitis)
• Flare of ulcerative colitis
