Hitop 25mg is used for:

Dosage

Topiramate is started at a low dose and increased slowly. For epilepsy, adults usually start with 25–50 mg daily and increase weekly to 100–200 mg daily, split into two doses; some people need up to 400 mg daily. For migraine, the usual start is 25 mg at night, increased to 50 mg twice daily.

How to Use
