Uses

Lacolep 100mg is used for:

Dosage

Adults usually start at 50 mg twice daily, increased weekly by 50 mg twice daily to 100–200 mg twice daily. The maximum is 200 mg twice daily (300 mg twice daily in some cases).

Swallow the tablet with water twice daily, without food. Do not stop suddenly.
