Dosage

How to Use

Shake gently, blow your nose, tilt your head slightly forward and spray into each nostril while breathing in gently. Point the nozzle slightly away from the middle of the nose.

Missed Dose

Apply it when you remember, then continue as usual. Do not apply extra to make up.
