Uses

Noran 20mg is used for:

• Heartburn and acid reflux (GERD)
• Healing of stomach and duodenal ulcers

• Zollinger-Ellison syndrome

Dosage

The usual dose is 20 mg once daily; 40 mg once daily is used for severe reflux or ulcers. For H. pylori, 20 mg twice daily is taken with two antibiotics for 7–14 days.

How to Use

Take the capsule before a meal, usually before breakfast, swallowed whole with water. Do not chew or crush it.

Missed Dose

Take the missed dose when you remember. If the next dose is due soon, skip the missed one. Do not take a double dose.

Overdose

Overdose is unlikely to be serious but may cause blurred vision, confusion, drowsiness or a fast heartbeat. Seek medical advice.
