Chemotherapy: 8 mg 1–2 hours before treatment, then 8 mg every 12 hours for up to 5 days. After surgery: 16 mg 1 hour before anaesthesia, or as directed.

Swallow the tablet with water, with or without food.

Missed Dose

Take the missed dose when you remember. If the next dose is due soon, skip the missed one. Do not take a double dose.

Overdose
