Dosage

Adults and teenagers over 35 kg: 10 mg up to three times daily, maximum 30 mg daily, usually for no more than 7 days. Children’s suspension doses are based on body weight (0.25 mg/kg up to three times daily).

How to Use

Take 15–30 minutes before meals. Shake the suspension well and measure carefully.

Missed Dose

Take the missed dose when you remember. If the next dose is due soon, skip the missed one. Do not take a double dose.

Overdose

If you take too much, contact your doctor or go to the nearest hospital emergency department straight away.

• Heart rhythm problems such as QT prolongation, or heart failure
• Moderate to severe liver disease
