Dosage

The usual dose is one tablet twice daily with meals. The strength depends on your current doses; the maximum is 25 mg empagliflozin and 2000 mg metformin daily.

Missed Dose

Take the missed dose when you remember. If the next dose is due soon, skip the missed one. Do not take a double dose.

Overdose
